More Polar Plunge Pics

Polar Plunge 2009

Team Moose Riders

Polar Plunge for Special Olympics

Today, Jeff and some of the other members of the Moose Rider motorcylce club took the Polar Plunge to help raise money for Speical Olympics. The event took place at Sharmburg Park, just outside of Spencer. They had a great time and I couldn't believe how many people were at this event! Hundreds!! There were 22 teams who took the plunge and lots of money was raised! I could be wrong, but I think the announcer said that the water temp was 43 degrees...bbbbrrrr! Sounds like this will be a yearly event for Team Moose Riders! And all for a great cause!

Getting Ready for the Easter Bunny!

Since I am on Spring Break/Easter Vacation, I was able to take some quality time with the boys today to prepare for Easter a bit! We had a great time making some Easter crafts to give to grandparents, as well as color some Easter eggs! Grandma Bonnie joined us for the fun of dying eggs...it had the potential to get REAL messy, but we kept everything pretty clean. I think Logan's fingers will be orange for a good week or so, but I guess it will wear off! :) Our final products didn't turn out too bad, and we all had fun, so I'd call it a good day!! Happy Easter Everyone!

Logan - the Dork!

Yes, my 4-year-old can be quite the dork sometimes, but I love him anyway!
