Landon's 1st Grade Music Program!

Landon's not usually one for singing and performing in front of an audience, but he sure did a great job at his music program last Tuesday!  Lots of smiles from him and I could tell he was having fun up there!  Great job, Lanny!

Logan: 3rd Grade Basketball

After taking last winter off from sports, and wrestling prior to that, Logan decided to give basketball a try this year!  He enjoyed it, for the most part, and is actually pretty good at it...dribbling especially!  We enjoyed watching his game yesterday, and he and his teammates played very well!

Valentine Photo Booth

Last week, I decided to have make a Valentine photo booth in my classroom and take each of my student's picture to give to their parents for Valentine's Day.  This was also a good photo op for my own children!  They did not happen to wear very "Valentine-looking" shirts the day I took the pics, but they still turned out pretty cute!

Logan's VERY Belated 9th Bday Party With Friends!

Although Logan's 9th birthday was over 2 months ago, we enjoyed having a little party with some of his buddies this past Friday!  Busy schedules for either us or his friends made it difficult to fit in a party any earlier, but it was fun for Logan to feel like the birthday boy when it really wasn't close to his birthday anymore!  We let him invite some friends to come home from school with us on Friday to play for a bit, then we headed to the bowling alley for bowling, dancing, being goofy, and eating pizza!  It was a fun night!  Maybe next year we'll fit his birthday party in closer to his birthday!  Oh well!  Better late than never, right?!
