Our family has always enjoyed Milford's Pioneer Days parade, but this year was a different enjoyment for me! BOTH boys rode the youth football float with Jeff, leaving me to watch the parade (with my parents and Aunt Donna), and for the first time in many years, NOT have care at all about collecting candy as it is thrown out in my direction! It was...so relaxing! I also enjoyed seeing the pride and enjoyment on the boys' faces, as they were so happy to be IN the parade and not watching it from the side of the street! Aside from getting sprinkled on at the very end of the parade, it was a great parade!

Diggin' Holes
Since it's been a little on the chilly side for July, the boys have been enjoying outside activities other than swimming the past few days. Today, they decided it was time to pull some weeds from their abandoned (at least lately) sandbox, but mostly they just dug holes...lots and lots of holes! I hadn't seen them play in their sandbox for a while because the bugs have been so bad this summer, so I thought I better click a few pictures today while they were busy digging!
