Tractor Rides with Grandpa!

Time for the yearly fall tractor rides with Grandpa Mick!  What a beautiful weekend to get out and take a ride with Grandpa, before he has shoulder surgery on Tuesday!  These boys love their time on a tractor, and thankfully, my dad works for a local farm family each fall during harvest, so the boys can get a ride (and having grown up with a farming father, my dad really enjoys his time on a tractor as well)!  Grandpa says that next year the boys are going to have to ride one at a time, though...that means they are getting too big!  I wish they would stop growing...

Logan - Game #6 vs Worthington

Logan ended his 4th grade football season today with a 34-0 VICTORY over Worthington!  It has been fun for Jeff to coach Logan and his teammates, and they ended the season with a 3-3 record...pretty darn good considering all the tough teams we were matched up against!  The end of football season is bitter sweet.  I LOVE watching Logan play a sport he is so passionate about, but it will sure be nice to have a little more free time...at least until basketball season starts!  :)  Next year, I will be proud to watch BOTH Duvall boys play football!

Landon Turns 8!

Our baby turned 8 years old yesterday!  We had family over for supper to celebrate with him, and he also got to have a fun day at school by bringing birthday treats for his class, and getting to bring him birthday show and tell items (you wouldn't believe how excited something like show and tell makes Landon)!

Landon definitely has a few "naughty" moments here and there, but he seriously has the biggest heart of gold!  He is so kind, caring, responsible...just a great kid, and we couldn't be any prouder of him!
