Getting Ready For the Easter Bunny!

Happy Good Friday!  Since we only get a whopping ONE day of Spring Break this year, we made the most of today!  The weather was beautiful (in the lower 50's, but better than the 30's we've been getting), and aside from eating lunch at McDonald's and coloring Easter Eggs, the boys were pretty much outside the entire day!

Grandma Bonnie rarely gets a day off either, so she joined in the fun of coloring Easter Eggs!

We are pretty darn lucky to have these boys in our lives!  We think they are pretty lucky, too!  Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Our Budding Artist!

This weekend was the opening reception for the Dickinson County All School Art Show at Pearson Lakes Art Center.  And we are so proud of Landon because one of his pictures (done in Art class at school) was chosen to be a part of the show!  It is quite an honor to get a picture into the show.  At first glance, Landon's picture does not look very special, but then, keep in mind that he is only in kindergarten....we think he did an awfully great job!  :)  

Both of our boys are very into creating, drawing and coloring, so I hope they keep their artistic interests as they grow up!
