School's Out For SUMMER!

Today was the last day that Jeff and I would have a 1st grader and a 3rd grader.  It's bitter-sweet because they are growing up too fast, yet we are SO ready for summer!  Both boys ended the year with EXCELLENT report cards, and we are just so proud of how well they are doing in school!  They both LOVED their teachers this year, so that is a blessing as well!  Now I have two more teacher work days (Grandma Days for the boys, which they LOVE and Jeff and I are so thankful to my mom for) and then we will really get into "summer mode!"  We are ready for days at the beach/area pools, Amusement Park time, playing outside until dark, not waking up to alarm clocks, campfires, and all the other fun things summer break brings!

Landon - Puppy Tales!

Last week, Landon got to read to this cute dog - Anders!  His reading teacher, Mrs. Johnson, offers this as a reward for well-behaved students in her classroom!  They get to read books to Anders for 20 minutes.  You can tell Anders gets pretty relaxed during his reading sessions, and Landon just LOVED reading to him!  It's got to be pretty great to read to someone that won't judge how you are reading!  :)

Our New Lawn Mower!

Introducing...our family's new lawn mower!  He picks up sticks, mows straight lines, runs the weed eater, and will even pick up dog poo!  Nice work, Logan!

Jeff and I have two very special ladies that we call MOM!  Our moms also make the BEST grandmas!  I also feel truly blessed to have Logan and Landon call me MOM!
