1st Day of School - 2015

I'm WAY behind in my posts, but here are my babies, heading off to 3rd and 5th grades this year! :( 5th grade is middle school here, so I no longer get to have Logan in the same building as me. And only 2 more years for Landon in my building. So weird that I blinked and they are this big!

Okoboji Summer Fun!

We are lucky to live about 5 minutes from the main Okoboji Lakes, and therefore, we have so much to do in our little area! We enjoy our summertime fun around here!

Des Moines Vacation - Day 4

On the last day of our little vacation, we swam some more in the hotel pool, played a few more arcade games and exchanged our tickets for prizes (Logan finally realized that for the money you put into the arcade games, the prizes are a real rip off), and then went jumping at Sky Zone! It was a GREAT trip with lots of awesome memories, but we are also always glad to come back HOME! :)

Des Moines Vacation - Day 3

Day 3 of our trip included going to a local pool in Clive, which included 3 water slides (one was an awesome drop slide), a diving board, basketball hoop, regular swimming pool, splash pad, and lazy river, and then we went to an Iowa Cubs game at Principal Park! The boys LOVED both of the events of this day (not that they didn't love the others), and I think the baseball game ranked at the top of their "Favorites" list! Another "Favorite" of the boys today was getting new football cleats! I guess these are "the cool" kind? They were pretty excited!
